Excentium Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and A2LA Accredited FedRAMP 3PAO specializing in cybersecurity and compliance services in both the public and private sectors, has been awarded a prime spot on Seaport-Next Generation (Seaport-NxG).
Seaport-NxG, is the follow-on to Seaport-e, the Navy’s marque procurement vehicle utilized by many agencies including Navy, Marine Corps, Defense Health Agency and others. While 1870 awards were made, this number is a reduction by thousands compared to Seaport-e. It is estimated that Seaport-NxG could see an average of $5,000,000,000 of services procured each fiscal year.
Excentium’s success as a Seaport-e prime, and the ability to highlight current support provided to the Navy, provided the opportunity to secure a spot on this much sought-after and important ten-year IDIQ.
Excentium Director of Business Development & Marketing Andrew Candreva – “This award is a great way for Excentium to close out 2018. We specialize in cybersecurity and compliance, and we are seeing more and more customers have their requirements procured through Seaport. This award will allow us to continue to support our customers, our active military personnel and our veterans”.
