Excentium Inc., only a handful of months after being awarded a prime spot on FAA’s Electronic Federal Aviation Administration Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) vehicle, Excentium has been awarded a task to provide Security Engineering Support.
eFAST is FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small businesses helping streamline the procurement process for all stake holders. Under this eFAST task, Excentium will provide a range of cybersecurity services including security engineering, cyber risk modeling, product evaluation services, and cyber training event hosting. The primary place of performance is at FAA’s William J Hughes Technical Center; the nation’s premier air transportation system laboratory. WJHTC focuses on the sustainment of the National Airspace System (NAS) while researching innovative ways to help modernize the current environment with NextGen solutions.
Excentium, is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and A2LA Accredited FedRAMP 3PAO specializing in cybersecurity and compliance services in both the public and private sectors. This 60-month task order is Excentium’s first contract supporting the FAA. A true cybersecurity company with over twelve years of government cybersecurity contracting experience, Excentium will leverage previous successes at other notable agencies to partner with the FAA and support its NextGen journey.
