Chief Growth Officer

Ms. Fatemeh Corlett is the Chief Growth Officer at Excentium, bringing over 20 years of experience in the federal market. She leads the company’s growth strategy, driving innovative solutions that enhance program efficiencies, strengthen cybersecurity, and modernize IT infrastructure for government agencies.

Throughout her career, Ms. Corlett has worked closely with agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense (DoD), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Health and Human Services (HHS), and various Intelligence agencies. Her focus is on delivering impactful solutions that support military service members, Veterans, and citizens by addressing critical needs across diverse sectors.

Before joining Excentium, Ms. Corlett’s experience includes serving as a leader at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where she played a key role in driving growth across the VA. Prior to SAIC, she owned and operated her own company, Variant Minds Inc., where she supported Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSBs). Additionally, Ms. Corlett has spent her career working with major tech companies and Federal Systems Integrators, including Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Leidos, and Booz Allen.

Ms. Corlett holds a Master’s in Information and Telecommunications Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on Information Security, and a Bachelor’s in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. She and her family are committed to supporting numerous philanthropic initiatives, charities, and fundraisers.
