Kristophe is a skilled Human Resources & Facility Security Professional with 12+ years of Human Resources experience, including full lifecycle recruiting for Government, Commercial and Corporate positions. Demonstrated expertise in providing HR Leadership and Facility Security Officer support for small (30 employees) to large businesses (400 employees). He has a high-level understanding of the demands associated with working in the Government contracting industry and has been able to consistently exceed expectations.
As the Director of People & Culture he is responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, performance management, compliance, training and development, and People strategy and operations. Mr. Philip also leads the Security department, ensuring the organization maintains compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and supplements; along with Department of Defense (DOD) security policies and procedures as they relate to NISPOM.
Kris received his Bachelor of Business Administration with Concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of New Brunswick, New Brunswick, Canada and his Human Resource Management Certificate from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. He is a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) – Senior Certified Professional (SCP), a certified AIRS Professional Recruiter, and an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter.
