Rick serves as Excentium’s Sr. Director for Security Compliance. In that role he is leads our Cybersecurity Compliance Services practice that provides commercial and government clients with FedRAMP/StateRAMP/FISMA/RMF consulting and assessment services.

He also leads our corporate compliance and governance activities and is responsible for our third-party certifications (ISO, CMMI, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC); monitors our regulatory compliance; supports corporate governance activities; leads our process improvement initiatives; conducts internal audits; and serves as the corporate quality and risk lead.

Rick has over 30+ years as a leader of IT and business teams for professional services companies serving the Federal, State, Fortune 500 CPG, non-profits, and small business markets.

He holds the following credentials: LSSBB, CISA, PMP, CPHIMS, PfMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, OPM3, ITIL v4 Foundation, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and CMMI Associate. He uses best practices to help Excentium clients achieve their missions.
